These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Anqelba Car Rental marketplace, including our website and mobile applications. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
The marketplace is intended for businesses and fleet providers. You must provide accurate, complete registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
2. Verification (KYC / KYB)
Access to protected features — including bidding, contracts, and wallet transactions — requires completing identity and business verification. You must supply accurate verification documents. We may suspend or reject accounts that fail verification or provide false information.
3. Marketplace, RFQs and bidding
Businesses may post requests for quotes (RFQs) and providers may submit bids. Bids are binding offers. Submitting inaccurate availability, pricing, or fleet information is prohibited and may result in suspension. Awards are made through the platform's bidding process.
4. Contracts
When a bid is awarded, a rental contract is formed between the business and the provider through the platform. Both parties agree to fulfill the contract terms, including delivery, vehicle condition, and return obligations recorded on the platform.
5. Wallet, escrow and payments
The platform provides wallet and escrow services to hold and settle funds for contracts. Funds may be locked in escrow to secure awarded contracts and released according to contract completion. Deposits, withdrawals, and settlements are processed through supported payment providers. You are responsible for the accuracy of bank account and transaction details you submit.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, circumvent verification or escrow, engage in fraudulent activity, or attempt unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, fraudulent activity, or failure to maintain accurate records.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may request account deletion at any time via our Account & Data Deletion page. Certain financial and verification records are retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
